new diet
I’ve always tried to be conscious of what I eat, but lately I have been feeling the urge to bulk up more and get more muscular. This has been my goal throughout my whole time of going to the gym, but I have basically stayed the same. Not much progress in this area. So, I’m hopin with a new workout plan and trying to add more protein into my diet, I will be able to reach my goal!
