Ace's SpACE

Vermont

So, this weekend was my first venture to Vermont. Sam’s house is at the top of a mountain, so there certainly was a great view and the scenary is quite beautiful this time of year (wish my camera worked so I could have taken pictures, ugh!). But, as Sam said, since we are so high up (about 3,000 ft) there is less oxygen, which naturally causes most people to feel lethargic. So all of us who went up there pretty much just relaxed and took it easy the entire time. We slept a lot, ate a lot and drank a lot. Pomegranate martini = delicious. So, basically it felt like a real vacation.  I went ATVing for the first time as well, which was pretty awesome even though it can be kinda nerveracking when speeding down the road without a helmet. But, all in all, it was a great time - there definitely is not much to do in VT, but it sure is pretty.

Oh, and as I learned, drinking wine in the hot tub at night is the best thing ever.
